Sending a gift? We would love to help brighten someone’s day! If you would like to include a handwritten gift note, please write your gift message in the text box at checkout.
Need to make a change to your order? Don’t fret – please email hello@playaseca.com with your order number followed by your request in the subject line (example, “PS0123456789 - Change Address” or “PS0123456789 - Cancel Order”) and we will do our best to assist.

At this time, Playa Seca ships domestic only. Packaging & shipping are fulfilled in house by the Playa Seca team from our HQ in Brooklyn.

If you are not 100% happy with your order, we are more than happy to fix that. Please email hello@playaseca.com within 10 days of receiving your order and we’ll get the process going. To better serve you, please include your order number followed by your request in the subject line (example, “PS0123456789 - Exchange”).
If you are experiencing an issue with your order, please email hello@playaseca.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include a detailed description along with photos so that the Playa Seca team can determine how to better assist you.
